Why the eBook
In life, change and transition are a given.
But learning from the season is not.
John Maxwell says that change is inevitable but growth is optional.
Like most of us, I have gone through various seasons of change – joblessness, starting a business, relocation, loss of a loved one, leadership transitions, marriage, to name a few .
But like some of us, I took the kicking and screaming lane – I belly-ached and resisted more than I allowed the seasons to stretch me and make me a better person.
So after going round the same mountain, I finally decided to put my act together and do some intentional personal growth.
Navigating Change is a collection of my experiences and lessons in this journey.
My prayer is that by the end of the short book, you will learn how to keep your peace and joy through life’s transitions. I also hope that you’ll understand how to allow the outer season to change the inner person.
My husband is a living, breathing, unflinching example of how to navigate change. I have learned so much from him. Baby thank you for your unwavering support and belief in me, your genius perspective and encouragement to be all that God created me to be.
I also want to thank Dan Black for helping me through the process. Dan has been an amazing coach. Please check out his great leadership blog here or pick up his free Quotes book. If you are looking for a trainer or speaker for your leadership or platform building workshop/seminar, Dan Black is your man.
Last but not least, I want to thank YOU for reading this blog. You bless and inspire me everyday. Thank you so much.
