There are no easy answers to complex marriage problems.
In fact, a lot of times, we find the right answers through a process of elimination; we try different approaches until we get to what works.
Other times we will stick to solutions that seem not to work for our spouses, but they are the healthiest most-God-honoring thing we can do at the moment e.g. creating boundaries that our spouse might not like or even observe.
For the wife in a difficult marriage and with so many balls to juggle, it’s easy to forget, or grow discouraged about, the one thing that is most important in her life.
Sure, there are hard conversations to have, new paths to walk, difficult decisions to wrestle through; but for the Christian wife, all these things come second because as a follower of Jesus, she has to be mindful of how she goes through problems.
